Together, we create a custom private menu, which is carefully overseen by our head chef, who reviews every step and gives final approval. The private dining menu can be paired with a special selection of red and white wines or artistic cocktails, beautifully presented with floral decorations.
When we started developing the architectural concept of SHIRALEX Café Bar & Restaurant, we focused on designing a space where the private dining area and private room would form one cohesive, compact unit.
Guests who come to our private room should feel a unique atmosphere—day or night—that fits any occasion throughout the year and every season.
The concept allows for one or up to four separate tables in the private room, depending on the occasion, the type of custom private menu selected, and the meals being served.
We offer an interesting private dining concept where luxury watches and jewelry featuring diamonds and various gemstones are showcased to special guests.
The experience combined luxury watches with a custom private menu. It began with a presentation of men’s luxury watches, accompanied by cocktails and soft drinks specially decorated for women. When the women’s jewelry collection was presented—featuring specially cut diamonds—we began serving a selection of red wines to the male guests.
All of these products were presented by female models, who showcased different types of luxury watch collections while wearing branded designer clothing specially chosen for the occasion. They moved between tables to present the pieces to all guests.
Tables and chairs are styled in different colors and fabrics, depending on the guest’s request, and we serve a variety of dish types to match the occasion. We place special emphasis on flowers, sculptures, and other unique decorations in the private dining room. In addition, our special lighting effects help create different moods and tones to match the occasion.
Our windows are architecturally designed to let in sunlight at varying intensities, which is very important for our guests. At night, guests dining in our private room can enjoy a clear view of the stars in the sky, adding a special touch to the experience.
For guests who have time and a little knowledge to participate in our custom-made menu with our chef of the kitchen, we are very pleased to make it from start to finish, including a wine card and some special artistic cocktails.
For other guests, we have our own unique plan on how customers can create a private dining menu for different occasions. We look at different parameters like the season of the year we are in and which fresh food ingredients will combine with a sort of red or white wine, plus different types of alcohol. All these are part of the complete personalized menu. These custom menus always start with soft food, go through harder meals, and finish with a special dessert—our delicious ice cream.
Depending on the meal, we will serve champagne, red or white wine, but with dessert, we offer a special sugar-flower wine cocktail which gives a stronger taste to the food.
We are most careful if our guests have any special demands for healthy food and meals. Because we know that some guests are allergic to different types of ingredients and foods, we work closely with our allergy specialist physician, and we always consult with him to make sure the food is very safe in this area. Because for us, health is very important.
Our care is always to ensure that service in our Caffee Bar & Restaurant SHIRALEX is at the highest level. The most important thing is that our guests receive personalized service at all times, in every area of our work.
All staff wear modern design uniforms, and they can be distinguished by the colors, which are part of the uniform. More information about staff and uniforms can be found on our website.
In the private dining room, there is one personal service staff member for every 3 guests. In all corners, there is also one staff member whose job is to look after the tables and see what the guests need, such as refilling glasses or taking care of other small things.
Our staff begin the private dining experience with a custom-made menu, which finishes with the last meals of the meal menu.
